Hydrate Humanity Continues

Illaria Dana,Education Major

The political science classes taught by Julie Mueller and Ellen Moy continue to raise money for water pump for the village of Cameroon. This village has a population of 7,500 people who are currently without clean drinking water. The project is called Hydrate Humanity.

On November 3rd, 4th, and 5th, the political science classes held a bake sale in the Campus Center with baked goods they made, charging one dollar per item. Student Deanna Flanagin was excited to talk to passersby about the cause and expressed her enthusiasm to be part of this altruistic cause. The bake sale raised a little over 200 dollars.
